A shared-workspace operating system for customer success, renewals, expansion planning, and billing visibility. This implementation is scaffolded on SMP and wired for a dedicated runtime project with shared Spanner and Secret Manager integration.

Authentication

Google sign-in is handled through WorkOS AuthKit. After login, the app receives the authenticated user, current organization context, role, permissions, and an access token for the API.
